Using the red ball as a correction method in the videos was excellent for visualization. Comparison to what my stroke currently is to what it should look like with Markus's stroke was great too! I was able to share the info with my coach as well so we could work on these drills. Thank you tons for taking the time to go over the specifics with me and how to correct my form. The scheduling and video sharing process was also surprisingly easy!
This service was incredible. I don't have easy access to a coach that can watch my form, being able to connect with an excellent coach virtually at a time convenient for me was perfect. The feedback coach Markus provided was incredibly thorough and helpful, I’m already seeing improvement in my swim times.
My Session was excellent. This is the first time I've ever received coaching and feedback directly on my form. Being able to visualize the areas of my form where I need to improve was game changing. I will absolutely be booking another session, probably for running as well.
I absolutely loved my coach Lisa, she took the time to screen share and marked up my video to show me in depth what was happening with my form. It was great to not only talk 1x1, but to see what she was talking about, and see live examples helped so much. I would love the opportunity to do a follow-up in 4-6 weeks to show her my progress.
It was a great assessment and I liked that the feedback was provided verbally and visually (via figures and written). The meeting was beneficial to build a relationship with Mike and realize that he was very knowledgeable about what he was talking about and so that he could learn more about me and tailor his advice to me. He provided concrete recommendations, guidelines that are easy to follow and a timeline that’s reasonable and achievable. He was very personable and as a beginner triathlete (my long run is a 5k still!) didn’t make me feel like I was not worthy of his time. He just adjusted his recommendations and said how it’ll be exciting to see how much growth I could have as a beginner as long as I focused on injury prevention and proper form.
The visual feedback allowed Stefano to draw and mark up, and adds plenty of value and instant feedback, which I think is key and even more important on a virtual session. I will definitely do it again and I would recommend it for sure.
The virtual call with Mark was fantastic! It undoubtedly gave me the tools to reach the next level. Mark used my film and freeze frame images to explain how making specific minor adjustments would increase my speed. He then went on to describe the types of drills that I could use to accomplish these adjustments to my form.I left the call feeling confident and motivated to improve my form and reach my athletic potential. I will absolutely be setting up a follow up call with my coach before starting my next training block.
