It was a great assessment and I loved that the feedback was provided verbally and visually (via figures and written). The meeting was beneficial to build a relationship with Mike and realize that he was very knowledgeable and so that he could learn more about me and tailor his advice. The virtual call with Mark was fantastic! It undoubtedly gave me the tools to reach the next level. Mark used my film and freeze frame images to explain how making specific minor adjustments would increase my speed. Using the red ball as a correction method in the videos was excellent for visualization. Comparison to what my stroke currently is to what it should look like with Markus's stroke was great too! I was able to share the info with my coach as well so we could work on these drills. Thanks again for taking the time to go over the specifics with me and demonstrate how to correct my form.
